8.0Requested bottle of water at check in ( bottles were on counter) , however the desk clerk said it was only available to members but all others had to purchase water! Poor customer service. Room was clean. Hallway has trash bags which need pick up by housekeeping

8.0We were there for a night catching a plane early. The room was nice and mostly clean. They forgot to check behind the bathroom door since there was a towel hanging up but everything else looked clean. Quiet and staff was friendly
