5.0Bed was excellent!
− No regular coffee pods in room when we checked in so used decaf. No pod refills on 2nd day. Obviously room was not attended to at all. Room looked well used, especially in bathroom. Refrigerator was noisy. Came to breakfast at 7:30 and most food was gone.
No water pressure

− The water in the bathroom sink barely had any pressure. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. The swimming pool was advertised as an amminity. It was not open when got there

3.0Staff was nice, breakfast was okay.
− It was winter, I had small children, the pool heater was broken and we didn't want to keep searching for a place to stay. The point of choosing this place was to accommodate the children and Iet out energy before bed.
With the exception of the pool being closed, everything else was very good.

− Long check in time, many rooms weren't ready and people waiting over 40 min for their room. I waited 20 minutes in line. No system of communication between housekeeping and front desk so front desk had to go up to the floor for which rooms were ready. Also most breakfast food had run out
