− El hotel esta anticuado. Personal poco amable, no me dejaron hacer early check in a la 1 PM. El restaurante del hotel estaba cerrado (sólo abre para cenas) y no hay nada cerca, tuve que caminar media hora para encontrar un sitio para comer
Park & Fly not reliable.
4.0Before we even checked in, we went to great lengths to review the P&R program. We were anxious regarding pick-up upon return as we have been disappointed with some other hotels we have tried. We were given an "instruction card" and assured that "all was well". It turns out this was pure fiction. It was 98 degrees when we returned to SLC. We followed the instructions on the card to no avail. It's a 7 minute ride to/from the hotel. After our 1st call, we waited 20 minutes in the heat. Nothing. Our second call rang over 12 times before someone answered. The person we talked to wasn't sure the driver was even notified. Our 3rd call, after another long wait, was unsuccessful. During our 4th call, the employee HUNG UP ON US. After roughly 1 hour, we made other arrangements to get our car. By comparison, while we stood there melting in the heat, we tracked the other hotel pick-ups. DoubleTree had 4 .. Hyatt had 3 .. Hilton Garden had 3 .. Hilton Sports and Tru had 2 each .. Comfort Suites and Sheraton 4points had 1. As for parking garages, the Parking Spot has 6 pickups. There is an old saying ... fool me once, shame on you .... fool me twice, shame on me. We won't be fooled again.
Poor value
4.0Not up to Holiday Inn standards. The check-in was fine, and the location is close to the airport. The room was okay, but to charge a premier rate and provide threadbare towels equivalent to a two-star is odd. Something was wrong with the second-floor vending. A sign on the door for ice, vending, and laundry said "out of order" without specifying whether it applied to all or some. Should have been mentioned at check-in. I was really surprised at the lack of breakfast.

10.0Close to airport. Parking is reasonable. Front desk clerk was amazing. We got in at 1am and he was really kind snd friendly.
