4.0I would not stay at this Holiday Inn again. The room was not very clean—the floor was sticky, and the carpet looked dirty upon arrival. The breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited quality and selection. The most frustrating part of our stay was the morning of checkout. Checkout is clearly listed as 12:00 p.m., yet at 9:00 a.m. a staff member began banging on our door. I told her we would be checking out before noon, and she responded, “What do you mean by a couple of hours?” in a rude tone before walking away. It was a very strange and unprofessional interaction that made us feel rushed out despite still having three hours before checkout. If you’re traveling with children, I would recommend staying elsewhere. Between the cleanliness issues, poor breakfast, and the way we were treated by staff, this was not a pleasant experience.

− I had a mobile accessible room because I have a bad leg and hip. Having a tall bed makes it impossible for me to get in the bed. My husband had to go get me a platform and bring back to motel for me to get in bed. Lots of seniors have difficulty getting in the bed, lower would be better.
Comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast. Older building needs attention. Pool needs attention!

− Tile floor was nasty! I had to clean a spill, and the towel I used was black when done. Roach in the floor dead. Door did not shut well. Had to force open and closed! Like using your body to force it open and closed. Pool was nasty, green!!
