Terrible at best
2.0The one bright spot of the whole place is Kendra at the front desk hotel needs a complete remodel it is terrible they wanted to charge 16 dollars for parking what a joke don't bother to call for maintenance they either do not care or do not exist as a diamond member of hilton it is hard to think they support this hotel
Outdated and dirty
4.0We are gold members and have stayed at many Hilton hotels…we have never had such a neglected room anywhere. Duct tape holding down the carpet, fake leather peeling off the chairs, dirty, stained cabinetry and crumbs falling out of the sofa bed. I wish I would have read the reviews before our stay. Don’t stay here.
Great and comfortable stay!
10.0We stayed here for a quick overnight during the holidays while visiting family. What a great hotel! Super friendly staff, fast check-in, a really spacious room, comfortable beds (one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a hotel, actually). Great breakfast! This will be our go-to in Murfreesboro from now on.
