An outstanding hotel with exceptional service

The staff made our stay truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. We were generously upgraded to a better room, allowed an early check-in and a late check-out, and felt that the team always went above and beyond for us. The facilities were excellent, everything was beautifully maintained, and we had an amazing stay.

− Los horarios de la piscina y de la playa del pádel surf y que el trato del personal es absolutamente impersonal. No es de un hotel boutique. Es más como el otro Marbella q tienen para familias. No ayudan a organizar planes màs personalizados, q no salgan de sus catálogos para turistas standars y genéricos. No ponen el tú.
