8.0The location was great for what we wanted. The staff were fantastic...especially reception. If I was to return to Benidorm, I'd look to stay at this hotel again.

Handy stay for needs,Only 1night had booking for apartments next door.
5.0The location was good. The checking in was good,all the staff we met were friendly and attentive.
− Over priced for the size and quality of the room.Tired decor , beds uncomfortable.Breakfast overall range is good , but the English breakfast product are poor, the toaster and coffee machine are insufficient for the volume of residents.

− El uso del ascensor es caótico. Solo iba uno con el hotel casi lleno. Tardaba muchísimo en llegar. Y a las indicaciones les hace falta unas reformillas para ser un 4 estrellas.
