10.0The tropical plants and trees were everywhere, even hanging over the heated pool. The heated pool was my favorite. The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious. It was a very safe environment. I give it a 5/5

8.0I just filled that on our arrival they could’ve made us feel more welcome. For example, a welcome drink would’ve been nice.
