− Не понравилось, что сразу не заселили, так как оплата от букинга не прошла, но это совершенно не моя проблема, с моей карты деньги были списаны заранее. Запрашивала заранее 2 номера рядом, тоже не предоставили.

9.0Отель комфортный, персонал старается и квалифицированный, место расположение хорошее, завтрак как и в целом неплохой, цена и качество соответствует цене.

1.0− Ужасные завтраки, абсолютно пустые по белку, мяса нет, нет свободных столов, официанты не торопятся их убирать, просто стоят и чего то ждут. Бассейн довольно грязный, бар в бассейне давно закрыт и покрыт пылью, джакузи не работает, шезлонгов 15 штук, гостей минимум 300. Все пишут про нехватку шезлонгов, но руководство очевидно не делает выводов. На пляже тоже 10-15 шезлонгов и они вечно заняты. Под ними вечером бегают крысы, сам видел. В 18 часов забирают мягкие накидки с шезлонгов на море, не смотря на то, что пришли гости отеля отдыхать, персонал не волнует наш отдых:)))) и на пляже вечно нет полотенец, что портило настроение еще больше. Мы брали 2 номера, для детей и для родителей. Их дали в разных корпусах и на разных этажах. На ресепшен огромные очереди, можно прождать своей очереди 10-20 минут. Номера достаточно старые. В номерах ужасные халаты и шлепанцы. Как надо себя не любить, чтобы надеть такое. Я кстати не встретил ни одного человека в них, но встретил в нормальных классических халатах, которых у нас не было. За 5 дней не искупался, не позагорал. Почему такое обслуживание в сетевом отеле и о каких 5 звездах идет речь, не понимаю. 2 звезды с
