we stied in this hotel around 13 days all the staff is helpful and kind mickey and Ann are very friendly and smiley they sent get well soon for my doughter during her sickness

− The oughnest about the thing I order from grab app. and I told the dirver to keep my order in the reception till I return to the hotel .

The check in staff were very friendly i specially dealt with Amar and Patt they were both very helpful and fulfilled what was required. we were 8 and all of us were for the first day in different floor and far away rooms and during the check in they promise to allocate us in same floor and close to each other. and they kept there promise it was very helpful of them and the location is very close to the MRT and Nana so not much issues.

− they were a lot of guests from Middle east i expect they should be much more options for Halal but it was average.

− Had food served and it was cold, told waitress and was greated with a not nice look. She put her hands on the bowel without comnent took away microvaved semi warm and returned. Totally unacceptable, will nevee visit hotel again.

There are many options for places to stay in Bangkok. I’ve stayed several dozen different locations around the city. If you’re looking for an overall wonderful experience, a great atmosphere, quality well above the value you pay and amazing people choose this location. Every time I stay at the double tree in Bangkok (make sure it’s the Ploenchit location because there is a HUGE difference overall ) I encounter another all star human being who loves to serve with a smile. Today I was greeted at the check in by a nice gentleman named Man. He was kind, soft spoken yet carries leadership with his presence. A great combination for hospitality members. Prior to coming this trip I was in communication with another gentleman named Amar Prasad, front office assistant manager. He more than took care of me for a minor issue I had with my room at the last stay a few weeks ago. The staff here goes above and beyond their job duty from all departments. The breakfast selection is plentiful and taste is delicious. The kitchen staff all smile and are quick to serve. Cleaning staff as well all Receive high praises. The rooms are always clean and the value for what you pay without a doubt leans in your favor. I guess the best compliment I can give is this…when I come here it feels like family and not the family you hope shows up unexpectedly! Great ambience, quiet rooms, plus you get cookies. What are you doing waiting….?….. just book a trip already.
