2.0We reserved a room months in advance only to arrive and be told by Jessica that she did not have our reservation and we were out of luck. Given that this was a very busy weekend in Lynchburg, we then became victims of price gouging, or as business people say supply and demand. We had not budget the extra $800 that we had to pay for our trip to Lynchburg. Planning ahead only works if you reserve a room at a place that honors your reservation. Sadly, the communication was poor and the issue of not keeping our reservation, lies squarely on Affordable Suites of Lynchburg.
