5.0Das Personal war stets bemüht freundlich . Das Essen war sehr gut und lecker. Frühstück war alles da.
− Sehr schlechte Deutsch Kenntnisse waren aber mit Übersetzer App sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer, vor allem die Toilette, war bei Ankunft verschmutzt. Wurde aber dann nach reklamieren sofort gereinigt. Auch im Speisesaal hingen Spinnenweben und der Boden wurde auch nicht gesäubert. Die Abdeckung von der Heizung viel auch fast ab.

− Das Hotel ist alt und dreckig. Die Putzkraft hat nur die Betten gemacht sonst nichts.

− Sauberkeit ausbaufähig. Überall recht staubig und im Bad nicht ordentlich geputzt.
