− The property was locked upon arrival . It took over an hour . There was no staff in the hotel and no other guests. The owner said he didn’t know there was a reservation. We booked the family suite and he argued about the amount of people in our family and made us pay cash for another room. We previous stayed at this hotel with our family in the family suite. When my son pulled off the blanket to get into bed there were baby cockroaches, dirt and hair in the bed. I called the owner and he said he was on anslere and won’t come back for 4 hours. He NEVER came back to let us into a clean room. We opened the fridge and there was mold in the fridge. He was also extremely rude to us and would only speak with my st lucian husband . We did not sleep. This hotel is disgusting.
