What a wonderful experience

We recently had the pleasure of a 2 week stay at Muang Samui. We had b&b as the location allows you to savour the flavours of the restaurants in Chaweng Beach Road Our room was 2207 and from the moment we got out of our taxi on arrival we were greeted by Thire and we had a cold scented towel with a welcome drink. Booking in was painless then we were taken to our room. Wow with around 50 rooms on site you will walk into your "apartment", is the only word that describes the massive room you have. Ours was the grand deluxe garden suite, midway between the beach and reception. This meant we had no more than 50m either direction. The Anand restaurant is next to the beach and pool. The staff here are fantastic.. Dee Dee for Eggs and omelette type things Sa and Ja the best waitresses ( they were all great really just can't remember all names) Ray a joy, Nay Nay and Mad for coffees and teas. On the beach and round the pool you had Zaw a real character and just wants you to have the best position available. He can reserve a place if you ask. The beach is lovely and clean, even though if is technically a public beach they have your sunbeds from the hotel and yes, there are beach vendors but a polite word means you are not pestered unless you want to be. You can get some bargains if you are willing to barter a little The pool was always lovely and clean. The sea has the benefit of a breaker some 150 or so metres off shore so mainly no hard breaking waves and a lovely place to have a float. Quite clear water most of the time. Some fish and yes there is some sea grass. You can wade across to the breakers and little islands when at low tide. All in all a fantastic place for a holiday. You will also love that if you walk between the buildings there is a stream with live fish and so much greenery or you can use the outside paths to and from the beach and reception. My partner had a few mosquito bites but they do supply a lovely cream to help prevent them... bear in mind you are in a lush green environment. Toiletries are supplied in your room and there is a bath/jacuzzi and shower ensuite. The Entrance is directly onto Chaweng Beach road and you have supermarkets and restaurants and shops nearby. Divas cabaret is about a 100m down the road too. We are already looking to come back if we can.... it is that good!

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a peaceful and shady forest-like atmosphere. It is quiet, relaxing, and perfect for anyone who wants to escape into nature. At the same time, the hotel also offers beautiful sea views, allowing guests to enjoy both the tranquil forest setting and the stunning ocean scenery. The staff were very friendly and always greeted guests with warm smiles. I was especially impressed by one of the bellboys — a tall and handsome gentleman — who was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. His positive attitude made the stay even more memorable.

Lovely hotel on Chaweng Beach. We were greeted with refreshing Thai tea, cold towel and traditional Thai sweets while we checked in. All the staff (reception, porters, waiters, housekeeping) were outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was large, airy and well equipped. It was also quiet over night. Housekeeping lit a candle each day with citronella, it smelled lovely and helped keep the mosquitos at bay! Staff provided a cake for my 40th birthday which was lovely. Beautiful toiletries provided, complimentary bug repellent, mini bar and snack tray (extra cost but all reasonable price) Huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. We did not eat dinner but had some snacks at lunchtime, the smoothies and cocktails were amazing! The hotel can provide transfers for airport at a cost of 400b and also a bus to Fisherman's Village a few times each week which was handy. The room, restaurant, toilets, reception and grounds were immaculate. Excellent location for restaurants/bars/massage/day trips. (We walked to The Tent, The Page, Malee Kitchen, Baan Ya Jai, Khaw Glong Thai) Negative points - Not many sun loungers and selfish people reserving beds all day which was not stopped by staff. Smoking is permitted around the pool and beach area, there's no designated area so very unpleasant for us non smokers! Curtains let in alot of light to room

The best hotel I ever stay , staff are friendly

Nice hotel with good location. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Facilities were good, especially the swimming pool. Overall, good value for money. Would recommend and stay again.
