2.0Originally we were in the wrong room. Whirlpool was broken door didn’t lock. Management kept saying they were not told. No spray for mosquitoes. Nothing fixed during stay. They had food and tables but no restaurant. Definitely not a four star establishment. One towel for a family. This hotel is very close to Safari Park and the African Queen boat ride. It was very convenient to Victoria falls and other attractions. If the hotel had been run properly It would’ve been a truly stunning and uniquely African experience. The wildlife was literally right outside the property fence this could’ve been one of the finest hotels for visiting the falls and seeing the animals
