6.0The property needs full renovation as the bad smell coming from the carpet in the floor of building, management should consider immediately to replace the carpet by adding lamented flooring and repair in all the rooms and the smells coming through the ac vent too. I wish I can visit the property after renovation, customer service is great This hotel has great potential if the management consider to improve the condition of the flooring.
