2.0I BOOKED THIS HOTEL ON HOTELS.COM BREAKFAST WAS PAID AND INCLUDED IN THE CHARGES BUT AT THE HOTEL THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT PAID FOR AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR IT. STAFF AND THE FEMALE MANAGER WERE VERY RUDE WHEN I WAS SHOWING THEM THE INVOICE SHOWING EVERYTHING WAS PAID FOR. I CALLED HOTELS.COM ABOUT IT AND THEY TOLD ME TO PAY FOR IT AND THEY WILL CREDIT ME FOR THE CHARGES BUT I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE THE CREDIT.ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE RESTAURANT AND THE RESTAURANT STAFF. FOOD IS VERY GOOD.
Located at main circle always traffic
10.0The Hotel is located right on main paota circle. And has very easy access to it. However you will always find traffic in front of the hotel. Staff was very pleasant, Room was up to the mark. We didn't had any food there so cannot tell you about the taste but the rates was normal. Overall comfortable stay.

The internet connection
6.0The internet connection was very bad, we moved to rooms closer to the router, but the next day we spent time in the lobby , to be recconected.
very strategic location nearby all relevant place
10.0checked in about 14:00 hrs in the hotel, very courteous staff keen on information sharing for tourist regarding places to visit with readily available map and marked places (though google maps helped) in fact informed regarding khimsar & osian also (though i had not been there reason being i was coming from Sam sand dunes, jaisalmer) so it was not worth visiting those places.
