8.0Está muy bien ubicado frente al mar, tiene una vista excepcional. Se ven flamencos, cisnes
− No ofrecía restaurante en temporada baja. Las habitaciones no estan muy aisladas acústicamente asi que puedes escuchar los baños de la habitación de arriba y el televisor de la habitación de al lado aunque la molestia es leve y ocasional. No ofrece gimnasio ni piscina temperada lo cual seria maravilloso en la temporada de invierno con las temperaturas bajo cero y nevadas que hubo

− Estaban realizando reparaciones en el exterior y con el viento sonaba mucho los andamios.

− O período de reforma- foi informado, então sabíamos disso no momento da reserva. Outro ponto q não foi bom foi não haver restaurante no hotel. Havia café da manhã, mas não serviço de restaurante. Somente café e bar

From April-1 until October-5, the restaurant will only cater those guest who request meals in advance (prior to arrival). Please contact the property after you book in case you were interested in requesting any meals.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
