− When I'm paying $300, if I call for more towels after arriving to find only 2 for a 2-adult and 1-baby booking. The only reply should be " How many ?" I shouldn't have to come down to the desk and get a staff member. The Hilton would never waste my time like that, let alone have poor excuses.I

4.0I didnt really like any of it but it was descent enough to spend one night while traveling
− The room smelled like old smoke, there were only 2 washcloths for 4 people, the room was so hot when we first arrived. Everything is old and outdated and the pillows were little squares...not comfortable
