Centrally located luxury hotel with very attentive staff. Overall very comfortable and safe.

− Has some rooms facing inwards, and so be careful not to get one of those. The bathroom fittings also dated in these rooms. The reception opens for checking in at 3 PM. And there forms an impossible queue. It took us over 45 minutes to reach the counter. One can’t understand as to why they cannot note the particulars and verify the passports etc. as you arrive, and allocate the rooms after 3 PM. So many guests arrive early and their check in forms can be done as they arrive. This is what most sensible hotels do, so that the waiting time at 3 PM is less, and the people don’t have to queue up for long. This is the unique feature of this hotel that they can easily address.
