8.0L'accoglienza è stata ottima e il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La struttura è stupenda e con una bellissima terrazza. Consigliato a chi vuole immergersi nell'atmosfera della Medina di Fes.

2.0Die Lage und der Innenhof waren gut.
− In diesem Hotel ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Betten, alte Bäder, defekter Loft, strohähnliche, uralte Matratzen. Auch die Sauberkeit war schlecht, WC dreckig und Bettwäsche mit Flecken. Es wurde uns bei der Abreise nicht mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Wir mussten die sehr Steile und enge Treppe mit den Koffern laufen. Für ältere Personen nicht machbar. Das Frühstück war bis auf das Omelette mässig und eintönig, alles trocken. Tee oder Kaffee nachzubekommen war schwierig. Das Personal konnte zum Teil weder englisch noch französisch richtig gut Bei Anliegen wurde nicht ausreichend kommuniziert und wir mussten die Antworten erahnen oder hoffen, dass dies klappen würde. Trinkwasser (auch zum Zähneputzen) musste man massiv überteuert kaufen, Wechselgeld war nie da. Ein von uns in der Unterkunft bestellter Fahrer wurde zu einem völlig überteuerten Preis von uns bereits im Hotel bezahlt. Der Fahrer tat so, als wäre seine Rechnung nicht bezahlt und forderte von uns nach Ankunft am Bahnhof nochmals Geld. Er wollte uns abzocken und erst nachdem wir insistierten und förmlich mit Polizei drohten, fuhr er davon. Wir reisten eine Nacht früher ab, da wir uns hier absolut unwohl fühlten. Dem sogenannten Gastgeber war dies egal, eine Reaktion blieb aus. Wir raten von dieser Unterkunft unbedingt ab.
Un cadre sublime
10.0Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, le riad est magnifique et très bien placé dans la médina tout en étant très calme. Un îlot de tranquillité qui fait du bien après l'agitation du souk ! Je recommande le restaurant qui est un des meilleurs que nous ayons fait au Maroc et ne pas hésiter à faire un tour sur le toit terrasse qui a une très belle vue sur la médina.
