Can’t swim from your bungalow
8.0− If you booked one of those overwater bungalows thinking you will jump in the water from your room, you can’t. The current is too strong and it is not allowed. We were very disappointed.
Extraordinary hotel with breathtaking view of the ocean
10.0This hotel is really a pearl in Bora Bora. The facilities are great and the personnel went the extra mile to make us happy. Location is super, the checkin is a positive experience on its own (private transfer from airport to the hotel by boat). The three a la carte hotels are super good and have a diversified menu. The food overall was delicious with great steaks and tuna. All the people here were super careful and friendly.

Extremely disappointing. Not worth the money.
3.0Beautiful location, nice breakfast.
− Very, very noisy with constant jet skiis and overhead planes. Evening restaurants were dismal. Half of the items we ordered off the menu were unavailable. Place was empty but a couple with two kids in highchairs were placed a few feet from us. Snorkelling is non existent. Phone didn't work in room, long wait for a ride to restaurants, check-out girl was very impolite, saying we hadn't spent enough money. Third time to FP and 2nd time to BB, won't return. 30th anniversary and they can't even spring for a bottle of wine. Sad experience. Seem like the 4 seasons is only in it for the money.

− Am polynesischen Abend gibt es nur den polynesischen Wein - schön wäre, wenn man andere Weine bestellen könnte. Generell ist die Weinkarte sehr übersichtlich. Der Zimmerservice kommt oft erst am Nachmittag. Der Buggy Service braucht bis zu 20 Minuten, bis er kommt.
