A great place for a vacation!
10.0It was lovely! The condominium exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, quiet and in the best location. It also felt very secure and safe. After checking out and arriving at our next destination, I realized that I left an item behind in the condominium. This morning, I called and spoke with Robin at Zephyr Mountain Lodge, who contacted housekeeping. They found the item I left behind! It should be returned to me in the next few days. I am so very thankful for the staffs’ efforts in finding my bag!

We really enjoyed this property and will book here for our next visit.
9.0The location was perfect for our stay in Winter Park. It was nice to be able to walk out of the front door and walk directly over the village amenities.
− The bathroom sink didn't drain well. Black sludge came up when we tried to use the plunger to clear the stoppage. Everything else was excellent.
