Friendly staff and good breakfast, but the cleanliness and room comfort need significant improvement
6.0The breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay
− The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were so soft that we needed at least two. The bed sheets didn't appear to be clean, with several dirt marks and a red stain on one of the sheets. The bathroom sink tap was also blocked, which made it difficult to use.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf om Margate en de kust te bezoeken
8.0Fijne, schone kamer met comfortabele bedden. Goede parkeergelegenheid.
− Kamer had een verbindingsdeur met de naastgelegen kamer. Deze deur was goed afgesloten , maar helaas niet geluiddicht, tot laat in de avond tv en telefoongeluiden te horen van de buren.

8.0The hotel the breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and polite. Gave me ice and two glasses. This is a good use of a long empty site that was empty since the 1980s. Good stay . Modern hotel.
− Beds too high for elderly guest. Need lower bed in accessible room. No fan. Room was hot.

10.0Soooo clean. Staff were amazing, so kind and helpful and really worked hard. We only had a standard room but was adequate but most importantly CLEAN. Would defo go back x
