6.0Did not enjoy this stay. Got in really late and just wanted to get to bed, we were only staying overnight. Room smelled bad - musty. When we woke up in the morning, I just felt gross - almost like my clothes were wet. It was just a bad experience.

2.0After waiting 45 minutes to check in, I had to change my clothes in the lobby restroom so that I could make it to my meeting in time. The person working the desk had reservations confused, billed wrong credit cards and for an unknown reason was unable to speak up or articulate clearly. One couple in the lobby said they had been waiting nearly two hours to check in because their room “was not ready.” I never had the opportunity to check in and the lobby filled up with other people. The hotel has refused to refund my money, so I’ll be disputing the charges and reporting them to the better business bureau.
