2.0The AC was not working in my room. In fact it wad blowing how air. The windows to the room don't open, so there is no way to get ventilation. The maintenance people never came to help me fix it. The front desk never compensated me for a miserable night.
From hot to cold…eventually
6.0The Air Conditioner wasn’t working well and I thought maybe it was all the movement from the day so I gave it time but by midnight my room was 90 degrees and my family and I couldn’t sleep. We called the front desk and they gave us another room that had a working AC and it was wonderful. We only got about 3 hours of sleep but it came together

HOT
4.0No air conditioning running in hallway. Temperature was 85° in room. Took 6 hours to get roomed cooled down. Still no cool air in hallway next morning. They know you are coming and they could have set the temp to 72. Maintenance issues with ceiling and bathroom back splash. Hardly any vacuuming done with dirty floors.
Had to leave 1 day early. No refund!
6.0We had to leave 1 day early and was unable to get a refund for Monday night. There has to be an easier way to resolve this type of situation.
