3.0− The restroom was still dirty with hair and not enough toilet paper. The key cards ended up not working. Had the person in the front lobby recharge the key cards but they did not work. They had to send a worker which was dressed in plain street clothes to reset the card reader on the door. It just took about 20 minutes.
