Itwas a sweet short stay
8.0i loved my room.. The bed was comfortable I wished i could have stayed longer. The breakfast was fine..I liked the fact that i could leave the dining room and enjoyed my meal in the comfort of my room. I love that there is a refrigerator and microwave. I did not used the fitness room. I hope the treadmill is fixed and lighter weights like 5 and 10 pound weights are added so it can be accessible to everyone. The new decor was nice. The gentleman doing the food was attentive,warm and inviting.The lemon water is s nice touch,but wished cookies or chocolate were the gifts instead of peppermint. The information shelf about the area is very helpful with the brochures. I love that the bus stop is right there in front on Gulf Bay and Clearwater Mall is very close by. . .
− The usual price is high for me,.The washing machine is higher than most laundromats machines. The elevator was not working.Thsnkgully the other one was,do things happen

7.0The room was very spacious. The location was great. Didn’t eat breakfast at the facility during our stay but the coffee was good. The bed was pretty comfortable.
− The one lady at the front desk during our check in wasn’t friendly at all. Only had one elevator working. The laundry had one dryer out of service and could use updating. A lot of hotels now have an app that you use to pay for the washing machines.

The rooms were clean,comfortable,and well maintened, and entire staff was friendly and welcoming.A very special thank you to one outstanding employee Corey a second shift manager.His willingness to help went above and beyond and made us feel valued guests. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
