9.0− The beds were too firm. Pool area is showing some wear. Needs repair to ceilings.

1.0Very unsatisfied reserved 2 beds on 1 bed was available and reserved in april called 3 times before our trip was assured everything was set and it was not nothing

− Kids running up and down the halls, yelling screaming, and tearing stuff up until after 1 AM in the morning. Front desk was called four separate times and each time was told they would investigate.
