10.0El gran servicio y empatía de Nancy de recepción, desde que llamé para saber si ofrecían shuttle desde el aeropuerto y al saber que me cancelaron mi vuelo, fue muy cálida y me obsequió una bebida de cortesía. El servicio de José Ernesto en el restaurante y los alimentos fueron excelente. No suelo quedarme en esta marca pero se han ganado un nuevo cliente.
