10.0The only thing I didn’t like was the view to the terrace which wasn’t even clean, basically I had no view

6.0The hotel was in good shape and the staff worked very hard to satisfied my needs. The following issues were experienced during my stay: 1.) I requested an "Accessible" room because of a hurt knee. Getting into the bed was a challenge because the height of the bed was almost 3 1/2 to 4 ft high, The Manager indicated when I make a reservation I should request a room with a lower bed. 2.) The reception on the TV on the morning was terrible. Picture would freeze and the sound faded in and out. Management located another room where the TV reception was ok. The whole process took over 4 hours. 3.) The self closing toilet seat malfunctioned where the lid crashed down on my hand when the seat was lowered.
