2.0This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at considering it has a lot of stars. I really don’t know how we needed a rollaway bed for our room. For three hours they told us they would bring us one then we saw one in the hallway by the front desk and they said oh yeah if you want that, you can take that one up so we had to get our own bed and push the basket of linens to our room. The lady at the front desk also gave us the wrong room and was booked out of the rooms that we did book. And lastly, I took the kids to the pool where the guy started dumping chemicals in the pool while my kids were in it and the hot tub was broken and had all of these cords and pipes and things coming out of them so I told my kids it’s time to go. We are not staying And there was hair on the bed and trash under the bed. And the bathroom seemed very dirty.
