I’d stay elsewhere next time
7.0Convenient to the boat to Channel Islands NP.
− The building is older and felt musty and although the surfaces were clean, there was a mildew smell in the bathroom. The hallways outside had an oddly rickety feel. Breakfast was Not good.
First class hotel by the docks.
10.0Overlooks the marina , right at the sidewalk that encircles the marina- rooms in excellent condition. First class bed & pillows; bathroom is modern and new. Walk around the marina to about 6 restaurants. Mexican restaurant has live entertainment- almost every night.
I never had bad experiences like this before hope it will be fixed.

− It was smelling bad sewer. Lots of ants in the bathroom and microwave area
I would come again.

− It would be nice to have at least one handrail in the shower.
