10.0We stayed at this hotel on June 11, 2026. We would like to give a sincere shout-out to Amber, the front desk clerk. She demonstrated sincere care and compassion for our challenging situation (having to leave our home for toxic paint fumes). She was so kind, to both myself and my husband, who has dementia. Also, she worked a double shift today (June 11, getting off at 11:00 pm t tonight). When we went down to the lobby this evening, she was just as energetic, friendly and caring as she was when she started her work day this morning. Amber is a true asset to Holiday Inn Express, and we hope she receives recognition for her exemplary professionalism and kindness.
