4.0Food was terrible- so basic. Chicken tenders were just frozen chicken nuggets you’d see on the kids menu. Bath plug was stuck and broken and was filthy. Shower head also really grubby. Very expensive for a very basic hotel.

8.0Check in was not great as the hotel did not have the booking through properly and took a while it was sorted eventually by the receptionist who was very nice

8.0Could be better but good for a weeks stay and bathroom floors are very slippery for someone with mobility issues and poor balance staff are friendly
