Clean and comfy, but facilities left a lot to be desired
7.0Our room was clean, beds were comfy, and staff was friendly.
− Construction was happening in the hotel, breakfast was not always stocked and juice machine was broken, and I specifically picked a hotel with a pool for my kids, but staff closed the pool on our second day there saying it needed maintenance. However, no "maintenance needed" or "closed" sign was ever put up and we felt like they just didnt want kids playing in the pool. The hot tub needs major work (looked dirty and worn down, was cold on our first day, and jets never worked).

8.0Hotel was clean even while going through some remodeling and construction. Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked great. Bathrooms had plenty of amenities for my family of 4.
− Breakfast was ok. Because the kitchen was under remodeling, everything was geared more towards cold cereal, muffins, and some fruit, so if you were wanting a hot breakfast...which we did, we had to go out instead.
