8.0Location, cleanliness, staff, comfortable room.
− No ice maker on 2nd floor. Have you pay for breakfast. Front desk attendant stayed out of sight.

3.0Staff was friendly
− Vomit at the front entrance and nobody cleaning it. No notice that breakfast required a special voucher, loud people making a ruckus in the hall past midnight, people using the ice machine to fill ice chests at 4 am, long periods with no one at the front desk, a tub in my handicapped room, slippery tub with no floor mat, shower head controls frozen with crust, I could say more.

5.0The staff member had to call a manager for everything I asked, the security guard outside checking parking was so unfriendly, and paying for breakfast is ridiculous.
Overall the stay was decent and very good for the price

− I didn't like that the pool didn't have any lights on when it got dark.
