9.0Friendly staff. Public pool and hot tubs clean. Pool with jets in room with TV very nice. Room has nice amenities. Cheap drinks from bar.
− No manual adjustment of the pool temperature inside of room. Maintenance has to be notified and it takes time.

− Housekeeper opened my door without knocking, then used her card key to try and flip the door latch open.
