perfect stay for the families

Pool suite is excellent for the families with kids. We spent all day in our suite while our daugther enjoying the pool. there is a bar near the pool, we ate our lunch and breakfast easily. after 2 days the barman knew our taste if drinks and sent us our favourite drinks with a nice presentation :) ala carte restaurants were perfect with different menus and drinks. our suite is 5 minute walking distance to the sea. The sea was nice very clean there were a lot of fishes in the sea.

− Standard of cleaning in the room was very poor, food other than the Peruvian restaurant was poor, shower in the bathroom was a shower attachment in a small bath and tv didn’t work the entire time we were there

Excellent beach with amazing water for swimming. Reception staff in particular were very helpful & cleaning staff kept our room clean. Spa staff came round to talk about services but weren't pushy. Entertainment team work an incredibly long day and do their best to offer something for everyone (we were regulars at the mini disco!) Alongside outside singers there was always something to do. Played mini golf one day which was a nice break & would also recommend the glass bottom boat that operates from the beach (not hotel affiliated) as a way to kill an hour. Easy to book a taxi to old town etc through reception. Swimming pool was also nice & even as a group of 6 we always got a space.

− Food & drink!! None of the soft drinks taste right (too watered down) and the mocktails are all heavy on syrup. Alcohol drinks did fare a bit better. The buffet is standard fare, but the a la carte restaurants were a dissappointment. Would describe every meal as just fine & service varied wildly. Nothing unedible or anything like that, just didn't match with other reviews we have seen. After 7 nights we'd all had enough & ate off sight one night to get a break. Would say we felt we paid a lot for what we got. Bar service is also always slow & no waiter service. Top tip beds are rock hard ask for a topper!

Estrutura do Hotel é muito boa, parte social bem nova e moderna. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos, oferta de comida abundante e jantares sofisticados.

− Quartos não são modernos, muito pequenos para uma família com 4 pessoas. Nosso quarto estava com limpeza que deixou a desejar, inclusive tivemos 2 baratas em dois dias. Banheiro minúsculo, sem circulação de ar.

The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Really exceptional service that made the holiday even better. The padel court is a great feature of the hotel and the number of restaurants meant that we didn’t tire of the food offerings.

− The hotel could be improved if there was a premium drinks upgrade available. Some of the sports facilities were a bit tired e.g. the table tennis tables were not straight - didn’t stop us having fun though.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were great and we kindly got upgraded to pool view bungalow suites which made a massive difference to us today as this gave you access to a separate lounge bar and pool. Overall, the hotel was lovely with a huge number of restaurants. A top tip is to go to the à la carte restaurant for breakfast and lunch at the beach buffet rather than the main buffet. The drinks were also a really good variety definitely try the cocktails. Definitely go to the Peruvian restaurant and the Teppanyaki restaurant. We thought the grill restaurant wasn’t worth the time.

− The room we were in had Aircon but not in the bedroom section which made the night quite hot. We were pleased to be upgraded very kindly by the staff at the hotel to the bungalow suites without this we think we would’ve struggled with the selection at the main buffet as that doesn’t have many options.
