Dishonest Staff, overcharged with empty refund promises. Far from Restaurants and main attractions!

− BEACH IS BROWN AND FILLED WITH SEAWEEDS. LOCATION IS FAR FROM MAIN ATTRACTIONS AND RESTAURANTS! OVERCHARGED MY CARD AND DIDN’T REFUND: Staff overcharged for excursion, admitted to the error, and advised of the pricing discrepancies. They acknowledged their error and stated they would adjust and provide a refund to my card 5-7 business days. They went silent when i followed up for a refund over a week later. Currently dealing with a partial refund situation months after vacationing is poor taste, upsetting and truly disappointing. There are many other options on the island i do not recommend.
