Not clean
4.0Worse holiday in I have ever stayed at, I never right reviews because I don’t like complaining but it can’t be ignored. When we got to are room there was mold in 2 places in are room and it stunk like mold on top of that there was 2 when beds one had a pube on one bed and a crusty stain on the other bed sheet like it wasn’t washed . They did give us a new room and the one wasn’t bad. That’s the only reason I have it 2 but the first room was disgusting. 2nd room only had a little bit of mold. There was also 4 rooms in are group and they had the same issue some hair on the beds and mold 3/4 of us atleast.
Stay away from this hotel!
2.0Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The middle-aged Black gentleman working at the front desk in the evening was not welcoming. When our room keys didn’t work and he had to come unlock the door, he displayed a dismissive attitude in front of my entire family, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. The room itself had a very strong mold odor, and there were visible signs of mold on the ceiling. It felt like a serious health concern. On top of that, housekeeping had clearly not inspected the room properly. There was no toilet paper or facial tissue, and to make matters worse, someone else’s used underwear was left in the closet. When we asked to be moved to another room, we were simply told the hotel was sold out. There was no apology, no effort to offer any kind of compensation, and no attempt to make us feel that our concerns mattered. The only positive part of our experience was the night-shift front desk lady. She listened to our concerns and arranged for us to be moved the following morning. While we appreciated her help, the second room also had a noticeable mold smell, although not as strong as the first. That suggests the mold problem may be affecting much of the property. Based on our experience, the hotel appears to have a significant mold issue that should be addressed immediately. I believe it deserves inspection to ensure it meets appropriate health and safety standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if the stay were free.
No way its Holiday Inn
2.0Cannot believe this is a holiday inn. Never ever have i had this kind of horrible experience at a Holiday Inn! Mold in our room, couldnt open shower doors, air made a horrible noise, stains on the chaise. Absolutely horrible breakfast, not even a cinnamon roll out. Front desk was friendly but vaping right there behind front desk.
Chinese hot box lobby
2.0This is by far one of the worst Holiday Inn’s I’ve stayed it’s hot in the lobby it smells awful the type of smell that lingers at a dumpster on 110 degree day , I could not even get a bite to eat at breakfast due to the smell hint if the Manager lowered the temperature instead of having a hot box lobby it would smell less never stay here again in my life just being honest .

6.01. We reserved a king bed and we were given a room with two queens. 2. The tv cable wouldn’t work, they sent a staff member to come and re calibrate the cable and got it to work, but it turned off again before the end of the night. 3. Mold! Terrible moldy shower in the shower door track. A simple spray and a brush will clean that out. 4. There was a clock radio next to our bed that made static noises all night. I even got down under the table to try to unplug it but the plug was covered up. I really expected better from this hotel.

6.0Staff were amazing, but the property itself was in poor shape. Needed upkeep! The furniture surfaces in our room appeared not to have been wiped down in months! We had to ask for toilet paper and tissues because these items were not stocked. The carpet was also very gross. Would not recommend.
