6.0I like the location.
− The customer service was very underwhelming. The staff was not outright rude but they certainly did not go out of their way to be warm and welcoming. The facility was clean but is starting to show some wear and tear. (For example, the window shade in my room was broken.) I was VERY disappointed to learn the hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast. Considering the cost of a 1-night stay, I expected more.
Our stay was fine it wasn't great but it was terrible either.
5.0The location was near the airport which is convenient and it wasn't so into the city that it was loud and busy sounding. It was still near restaurants for easy eating access. There was access to pool, hot tub, and gym. The staff were very pleasant and helpful!
− In our room the bathroom's fixtures were extremely rusted and the fan in the bathroom didn't work properly. The wifi was by far the most annoying thing to deal with. We needed to resign in multiple times within a few hours even if we didn't leave the room. It wasn't a typically user name and password sign in process either. You had to sign in via the internet, so I was unable to use my laptop which was highly inconvenient. The gym equipment was dated which isn't a problem, but a few of the machines didn't have proper buttons due to wear and tear which made them difficult to use.
Got charged for a bigger room that I did not get.
