Wrong room. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good.

− We booked this room in Oct and was given a king size bed and we needed two queen beds, which is what we booked. Was told the reason we got a king room was because we requested a handicapped bathroom, which we didn’t need, but was on the room we booked. The room was supposed to have a roll in shower, which it did not, so if we did need it, we couldn’t use what was provided. Desk clerk was not friendly or helpful. My husband talked to someone else and she said that our room was being refunded back to y’all. Haven’t received a refund yet.
Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in location very dubious!! Room dirty and smelt all corridors and lifts heavily
