The staff was very friendly and the location is great. Clean facility with a lot to offer. Pool and hot tub were great.

− The bed was a bit stiff for me, but that is a personal preference.

It was a fraudulent booking , I have filed a dispute . Desk clerk very rude .

I can’t say anything about the breakfast bc someone rented a room on booking .com with my info and lost 179.00 dollars of bill money . I called and the lady at the desk refuses to hear , it wasnt me . She keep saying no cancellation policy . I didn’t book it . How can I cancel if I don’t know . When I called the lady at the desk was extremely rude . Just her attitude alone was enough for me NOT to visit your establishment. Oh and my daughter that does frequent tour establishment and spends a lot of money there . It will be no longer and I am also spreading the word how yall just rent to anyone and when they try to tell you they didn’t do it . You get a big attitude . If I booked a room I would definitely show up . I wouldn’t book a room either especially when I was working the day of the check in , I had no idea about . I am seeking further action as well . Very displeased by the front desk clerk . I will be spreading the word and also I filed a dispute with my bank .

I love everything about the property. Every-time my family and I come up here to visit my grandmother, I always book with you.

− This time that we had a reservation here, just a couple of things happened. The day we arrived, there was a large crowd of parents at the back door of the pool. I could tell baseball tournament ( daughters use to play softball), so I brushed it off since the kids were all having fun swimming. Mind you this is 4 pm by the time we got here. Went to visit grandmother, get back to the hotel around 7:30, to which they now have chairs, a tent, hanging at the back door. Drinking, sending 1 parent in at a time to watch 14 kids in the pool by themselves. Other guests kept trying to use the hot tub and pool as well but got cut short due to all the screaming, banging of pool poodles to make it echo over and over. A couple tried to bring their toddler and couldn’t even get in the pool due to how rough all the kids were being. No parents apologized to anyone about their group of children with no manners or respect , or to my daughter when their child kept following her to intentionally jump right next to her to splash her. Children under 18( ages 6-10) in hot tub for longer than ten mins. I can continue, since I usually don’t do this, the disrespect they showed to others hotel guests, that couldn’t use an amenity they paid for due to inconsiderate adults. (Not yalls fault, bless the maids heart that kept having to run towels, I could see in her face those kids kept her busy). Second, I got woken up at 4:56 in the morning to water pouring down out of the bathroom light over our bathtub, also coming out of the fire nozzle spray in the hallway. Went downstairs to tell your staff so they could fix whatever so no water damage could be pinned on me( ended up being the room directly above mine flooding out their bathroom). This stay honestly, while visiting my dying grandmother in hospice center, wasn’t what I expected. Honestly frustrating that I paid for a room for to many inconveniences to happen within 24 hours.
