Pleasant experience overall. Rooms quite spacious and functional. Buffet has lots of varieties of food and each night is served different food -thematic. Beach is nice as well as sea. There was no many people occupying pool areas so beach was full and if you want to get a sunbed you have to get up really early. Night program and shows were good. Overall good value for the money 💰.

We are here at the moment and expectations of advertising and actually what it is like here . We are comparing this to the desert rose which we stayed in February but no comparison. So far food not great , you will always find something to eat but have to go outside for one thing and in for others so something always ends up cold by the time you get to sit and eat. Beach is heaving so no chance of getting down there unless you get up at stupid o clock to put towels out . Food in the azure bar i wouldn't feed to a dog , burgers cold and other food just inedible. By pool is crowded with work going on everywhere , they are draining a lake or something but the noise is horrendous 😑 noise of mowers and noisy staff who only help you as long as you give a big tip . Room is lovely and comfortable beds and to be honest is the most peaceful place to be at the moment 😌 this is no way a 5 star and up to now very disappointed 😢 will update as we go through our time here .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Place We Keep Coming Back To After three trips to Hurghada and stays in several different resorts, we can finally say that we have found the place we want to return to year after year. We spent 10 nights and 12 wonderful days at Palm Royale Resort Soma Bay, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, the entire property is exceptionally well maintained, and the beach is simply stunning – one of the most beautiful we have experienced in Egypt. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what a perfect vacation should be. However, what truly makes this resort special is its people. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed Ibrahim, one of the bartenders, whose attentiveness impressed us every single day. By the third day, he already remembered our favorite drinks and greeted us with a smile, asking if we would like "the usual." Small gestures like this make guests feel truly special and appreciated. We would also like to thank Yousria Reda, who welcomed and greeted us every day in the restaurant with a sincere smile. Her positive energy and kindness leave a lasting impression on every guest she meets. A special thank you goes to Malak Farag, Assistant F&B Manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guests deserve the highest praise. His warmth and willingness to help made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay. We would also like to express our gratitude to Valida, the representative of our travel agency, who is always cheerful, smiling, and ready to help. Her kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our holiday. People like her are a true asset to any travel experience and leave a lasting impression. You can have a beautiful beach, luxurious rooms, and a perfectly maintained resort, but it is the people who create the memories. The people of Palm Royale Resort are the reason we keep coming back. What impressed us most was that the hospitality never felt forced. Every smile, every helping hand, and every conversation felt sincere. The people working at Palm Royale do not simply do their jobs – they create an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. At the end of our stay, it did not feel like we were leaving a hotel. It felt like we were saying goodbye to people who had made our vacation truly unforgettable. Thank you for the wonderful memories. We arrived as guests and left with the feeling that we had found our place in Hurghada. The greatest compliment we can give is that we are coming back. After three visits to Hurghada and many wonderful experiences, Palm Royale has become the resort by which we measure all others. In fact, we are already returning this year at the same time and cannot wait to enjoy that beautiful beach, the wonderful atmosphere, and the amazing people who made our stay so special. Some hotels give you a room. Some give you a vacation. Only a few give you memories that make you count the days until you return. Charm, surf, luxury

Great place, very welcoming and helpful staff ! Relationship is important and makes you feel at home and seen. Great if you want to windsurf at the nearby surf station „surf motion“- walking by food easily possible. Charming hotel with feeling of „old colonial days“ but renovated rooms where needed. I was there a bit off season, maybe too crowded in season for my tast. In June it was ok.
