4.0The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just wish I knew there was construction going on in the facility. The photo did not match the hotel. It was very hard to find. However, the rooms were updated and very nice!

2.0The hotel was a mess because its under renovation, I can excuse that. The clothes from another customer in the drawers, the filthy bath linens, the uncleaned bathroom floor and general condition of the room was awful. Will not stay there again.

2.0First off I was not told when booking that this property was undergoing a renovation. Arrived to room and in hallways had a strong fishy smell, probably paint and other chemicals mixed Room didn't have a trash can, toilet wouldn't flush unless you removed top to "unstick" the lever/plunger. Curly black little hairs in bathroom, I have light brown straight hair. Lastly body wash btl was empty but empty btl still in carrier. Made many calls and stops to front desk and while they were as good as could be, I would not have booked here if I was told property was a mess
