10.0Helpful staff (Jackie) very friendly and she was more than accommodating even after a few hiccups. Door malfunction, network issues resulting in computer not able to process my conf # or take payment by card the suburban studios employee stayed cool calm and collect and all the while keeping a smile on her face making light of the situation. Exhausted from long drive up from North Carolina Jackie handled me the 1st time customer of Suburban Studios like a professional. Following morning I was created by management and once again treated so plea-sent I decided to stay over for the rest of the week.
