9.0Gute Lage
Disappointing
3.0Staff was very friendly
− The gym is inexistent. The equipment is out of order and incomplete. Most cardio machines don't work. Hardly a gym at all. It's also very far from Berlin city center. The quality of the room is OK but not what I would expect for a Wyndham. Basic facilities like a coffee machine and fridge were missing. It's not OK to not offer these things just because the hotel is en Europe! That's why I booked a Wyndham I expected minimum quality. The entrance is under construction and the hike to the reception feels like a haunted house.
