1.0You booked us in a motel that was under construction. We told you the property sent you an e-mail and you still couldn’t figure it out. Poor information management which cost me around over $125 and nobody and i mean no body cared to figure this out. So you should change your commercials to we’ll book you anywhere even if the place is closed for construction. You deserve an F for the way you treated me and I have been using your service for over 10 years. Shame on you. I also know this is just a try to make you look better. But you can’t . I guarantee this is as far as this opinion goes and that sucks ☠️

Facility was shut down so it was a frustrating experience.
1.0Facility was shut down when we got there so did not get breakfast.
− Facility could have been open or someone could have communicated that it was closed!
I’d stay again.
