5.0− The staff tried to charge me an additional USD 130/night to park overnight despite the fact that booking.com specifically advertised "free parking". They also tried to charge me an additional USD 75 for my dog despite the fact that my reservation included a pet there was no mention of a pet fee on booking.com. The staff delayed my check-in by an hour while they tried to get me to pay these additional fees. I would never stay here again.
